Berwyn Western came out immediately to replace our hot water tank. Their service men were efficient and informative. Cant be any happier with the service and quality provided for this and in the past!

From start to finish a class act. I choose them from 3 different estimates I received for a new furnace. Their price was in the middle but what I received for that price made it the best value. Great guarantees and the Carrier furnace brand what I wanted. They’ve been in business around 75 years and I know that personally to be the case as I formerly lived in Berwyn for several decades. From estimator who was knowledgeable and transparent with my questions to installation on time and efficient I happily recommend this company with confidence.

Andre W. was the best service technician we've ever dealt with. Professional, very knowledgeable, was thorough with his explanation of the issue with our furnace and resolution. He showed up on time and was able to fix our issue as described. He went the extra mile to service our A/C unit to make sure that was operating efficiently as well. I'm a long time client (over 20 yrs) and have now been unceremoniously dumped by them. Made appt for leaky toilet repair on Weds 5/26. Told me they'd be out Fri 5/28. Plumber arrived about 15 mins earlier than expected,diagnosed the problem,went to truck for tools,etc. Came back in about 5 mins later & told me "the office wants me to go LOOK at another job". Nothing that other job was an EMERGENCY mind u,just that he had to leave. Plumber never returned that day or the next work day either. AND NO ONE IN THE OFFICE CALLED ME BACK TO SET ANOTHER APPT,SAY GEE,WE'RE SORRY,KISS MY *** OR ANYTHING! I've had 2 new furnaces put in,2 new central air units put in AND had the house re-piped with copper over all my years w/them! My checks for payment have never bounced,bills are paid in full when received,I've never been mean or ugly w/them either. So YOU decide for yourself whether you should waste your time calling them if/when you need a plumber or HVAC repair done. Thank you.

Fast, friendly and reasonably priced service!

We had a great experience working with Keith and his team from Berwyn Western Plumbing and Heating. Keith was communicative, flexible and always prompt, friendly and professional. When he visited he always wore a mask and covered his shoes when in the house. We hade a 44 year old AC and furnace replaced. With his expert analysis he was able to get us a system customized to our house and our specific needs. His pricing was fair and we ended up with a complete system that was able to do a better job than the previous one. And yet, cost us less on utilities. The workers that came to do the job were polite, quick and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Overall, I'm satisfied with the price and quality of work and would hire them again if I needed them.

I needed a new furnace & A/C installed and after getting some estimates Berwyn Western was the most reasonable. The installers worked with me to get both units installed and answered my questions concerning the installation. They made sure that I was satisfied with the installations and my questions were answered before they completed the job. I really appreciated the professional job Berwyn Western did installing my Carrier units.
